This time, it's by a media giant, ABCNEWS. People can submit content just like other on other websites (sometimes this feature makes them considered a "YouTube clone," except here, I belive, this place will have a higher likely hood of being on international TV. I'm assuming that they will often times be using good content that's submitted on TV News, as well as internet news. It goes live (perhaps tomorrow) in July.
I'm not sure, but I think what a major difference will be is the video's shown will likely ALL be of some standards, whereas most video hosting web sites, anyone can submit anything and it more likely than not, will be published. and on this site, it may be reviewed more heavily.
