Stand Out Jobs
(Tell me that doesn't stand out?)
It seems like it really gives employers control over how they present themselves, which makes it for a visually pleasing experience for job hunters. That's my favorite part, but also, if you need a job, you can find some interesting and unique positions available on the web (many of them are likely telecommute-aka work at home jobs).
